Jaguar Womban

La Vonne Natasha Caesar {known as, Jaguar Womban} is a multidimensional Healing Artist, Alchemist, Author and visionary eye of the Útera Studio.

She is an intuitive herbalist and teacher who shares ways to connect to Mother Earth using the Plant Medicine of the WombSteam Ceremony.

Jaguar teaches how to use the unique self-care practice of WombSteaming as a Ritual of Prayer — a ceremony passed down to her in rite of passage from her Guyanese grandmother.

She has an MA in Creative Writing/Poetry and is a published, poet, powerful performer and Alumna of Naropa University.

In both her healing work and creative expression, she incorporates her study and practice of Shamanism, Ancestral Plant Medicine, Creative Writing and Ceremony. 

She is based in Oaxaca, Mexico and works individually and in groups worldwide in Spanish, French and English.
